Fabricio Baglivo

Fabricio graduated from Engineering Faculty at Buenos Aires University, with an electronic engineer degree. His research interests are related to bio signal processing, mainly developing and implementing mathematical and computational methods for electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiogram (EKG) signal analysis .

He began his labor at INECO in 2012 fine-tuning an intracraneal EEG (iEEG) acquisition system. The aim was to connect and synchronize the acquisition and the stimulation equipment, and to develop and adjust the software paradigms used.

He is doing his Ph.D in Engineering  implementing iEEG signal processing methods to analyze how the different parts of the brain interact during cognitive activities.
